Product discount is one of the most critical issues for Shopify stores. Growth Suite already offers many features for product discounts, but in 2025, we will introduce even more new features on this topic. In this post, I want to discuss a new feature of Growth Suite that will be extremely beneficial for your business when running product discount campaigns.
Product Reports
Within Growth Suite, we record every visitor and their interactions with your products. While analyzing our data, you can determine which products your visitors are most interested in and which ones they are less interested in, and we have decided to share this information with you as well.
Now, when you open the Product Reports section in Growth Suite, you can view both an overall report of all products in your store and detailed reports for each individual product.
On this page, you can find all the metrics and numbers you need to examine before launching a new product discount campaign. Here is a brief list of the data available in product reports:
•The total and unique number of times the product was viewed.
•The total and unique number of times the product was added to and removed from the cart.
•The total number of times the product was sold and how many orders it was included in.
•The revenue generated from the product within the selected time range.
You can view all this data as summary information. However, this is just a very brief overview. We understand that you need more detailed insights. Therefore, in addition to these general metrics, you can also see the changes in all these metrics for the product you are reviewing over the last 30 days.
Examining the change graph is very important. Before running a product discount campaign, it shows you the trend in which the product is performing. A campaign you run on products in an upward trend cannot be the same as one you run on products in a downward trend, right?
Is that all? Of course not. Additionally, there is another graph where you can see the prices at which you sold the products in the selected date range. You can see how many units of the product were sold at each price point with the discount codes and other campaigns you implemented.
All this information is critical before running a product discount campaign, isn’t it? But that’s not all. Furthermore, Growth Suite also shows you what other products are in the carts of customers who purchased this product. This way, you can easily see which other products are being sold together with the product you are reviewing and tailor your product discount campaign accordingly.
